Corruption is a real fact that can and must be fought. At the same time, one should not consider corruption as a characteristic feature of Ukrainian or Moldovan reality. States and societies in almost all corners of our planet face this phenomenon. At the same time, no matter what national characteristics define the nature of this phenomenon, the struggle against it and the methods of its removal are common since corruption is and remains the main source and guarantee of the criminalization of social life as well as its degradation.
