Romania is an EU candidate wich will obtain the EU member statute at the 1st of January 2007. This fact has a lot of financial implications between others. Our work shows the conditions wich the S.S.I.F., as a professional participant at the capital market, will
have to submit till the date of adhesion at EU. We also describe the conditions of the creation of a S.S.I.F. and the conditions of their activities. Other relelvant information reports on the potential ilegal operations of this subject (S.S.I.F.) of the capital market and the legal penalties for it. |
