The determination of any subject of criminal proceedings is a very important event. This legal act is carried out through the issuance of a decision by the competent subjects of the judicial and criminal process. Moreover, the determination of the victim as a subject of criminal proceedings is of the same importance. Unfortunately, the current procedural legislation does not regulate this act. We consider opportune the judicial regulation of the victim in the criminal proceedings, and we shall analyze this fact in the present work. |
