The article analyses the particularities of the process concerning participation of the national economy in international economic integration through free movement of the capital. The authors shows that this process is an opportunity both for developed and developing countries to attract investment in their weak sector of economy. On the other hand, it is emphasized that the integration process must be properly regulated in order to avoid serious decline of the domestic businesses. In this connection, the article provides a strategy for this process.
