Rezumat

Aggression at work has a large impact both psychologically and emotionally, as well as economic. These events cause anxiety, aggression and sometimes can have lasting effects on employees, even if not directly involved in the incident. The psychological impact on employees, their families and colleagues can be very serious and lasting. Workplace aggression has negative effects on productivity, work quality and services offered by any organization in which are working people. That is why the issue of aggression in organizations must become a subject of reflection for all those involved in work activity, because aggression affects the organizational climate. This is because people with aggressive behavior „poison” the atmosphere at the workplace by displaying discourteous behavior by inducing feelings of fear, depression, etc.
