The purpose of this paper is to analyse the e-voting systems
implementation experience in Europe (and the world) and the necessity and possibility to implement the effective Out of Country
Voting (OCV) for Moldova.
This paper is aimed also to start a discussion on different
aspects of information system “Elections” to be built in Moldova. |
