A dynamic system, trammeled in a complex ever growing environment, with quick changes, the organizations’ social responsibility raise various questions. In connection with this meaning, we present in the article hereby, at the beginning, the fundamental elements of the social responsibility, and then we rely on the elements of the company social responsibility, respectively the concept, the principles, the typology and the strategies, the planning, the organization, the training and the control activities relied to the social responsibility, pointing out, at the end, the necessity to support the companies by the society in order to fulfill its social obligations.
