The author defines the connection between the concepts of artistic text, discourse, intext, style, intertext, polystylistics, metastylistics. Emphasis is laid on the treatment of the system quality and ierarchic concepts of text and style… The article gives a comparative analysis of the treatment of the intertext in the works of Julia Kristeva, Roland Barthes, Gérard Genette and it those of Russian researchers. A systematization of the methods of work of writers and composers with an intext and elements of barrowed style are made in the article. The functions of the intertext, poly — and metastylistics in artistic works are identified. The author specifies the volume and meaning of polystylistics and metaststylistics in musical art.

Определены связи между понятиями художественный текст, дискурс, интекст, стиль, интертекстуальность, полистилистика, метастилистика. Акцентированы качества системности и иерархичности понятий текст и стиль. Произведён сравнительный анализ трактовки интертекста в трудах Ю. Крыстевой, Р. Барта, Ж. Женетта и российских исследователей. Произведена систематизация методов работы писателей и композиторов с интекстом и стилевыми заимствованиями. Выявлены функции интертекстуальности, поли– и метастилистики в художественных произведениях. Уточнен объём и значение понятий полистилистика и метастилистика в музыкальном искусстве.
