The autor classified the laws for legislative protection, the access to cultural-artistic values, the national-cultural patrimony, access to qualified information about the national artistic output, the access to the cultural-artistic values of other countries, fair minimum for stimulating the artistic domaines, the maintenance of etnic minorities’ cultures, the multicultural actions that promote the national cultural diversity, gender or religious, the promotion and protection of well known personalities, distinguished on the national and international arena, the representation through an impresario or an artistic agency, association in organizations of creative workers. The remunaration for creative work according to the autor’s rights and the adopted acts, the labour rights, acquiring material and financial, technical means necessary for the creative process with the assistance of sponsors and patrons of arts, obtaining fiscal facilities for upkeeping an artist’s workshop, bringing into the country personal works of art, created nohile taking part in different cultural events held abroad and taking out of the country personal works of art in accordance with the adequately granted permit, being exempted from paying state and custom duties, transfering by inheritance created intellectual property, the appreciation of an autor’s contribution to the creation of the national and international cultural patrimony through state prizes and grants, state orders, medals, titles, diplomas, life allowances, diferent forms of international appreciation.
