This paper analyzes the changes in the system of social stratification in post-industrial society, and justifies the view that the needs of the economy of knowledge puts a premium on creative class, who, through his ethos undermines the legitimacy of the rule of the current ruling elite. On the example of Russia’s current political situation, the author offers a possible political agenda for the creative class. |
