Scientific understanding of the problems of innovative regional development and need to form concept of economic development, determine the research objectives. The objects of research are the subjects of small and medium-sized businesses. The main directions have been formulated - problems evaluation and prospects of innovative development, definition of their basic needs, evaluation the extent of support infrastructure development, creating of guidelines and directions for innovation regional support. |
