The study is describing the directions of management perfection of organizations’labour resources. The appropriate conceptual and categorical apparatus is being considered, in particular:
«labour resources», «management of the personnel», «system of management of the personnel», «logistics» and «personnel logistics». The peculiarities of the logistical system approach in
management of labour resources of the organizations are revealed. |
