Rezumat

The ecosophy - philosophy of survival and sustainable development of society, human beingsand terrestrial nature. The philosophy of ecology, in the author’s interpretation, consists of philosophical issues of general ecology, antropoecology and social ecology. This philosophy, not only theoretical but also practical, is based on a new ethics – global ecological ethics, which includes traditional humanism completed with ecological and ethnic humanism. Rural population from the Republic of Moldova, as in the communist period, is more disadvantaged than urban population, in almost all fields: economical, social, political, culturaletc. Medical service, for example, leaves much to be desiredand therefore morbidity level is higher and life expectancy is shorter. Even the drinkable water is of a more inferior quality, more polluted that the water in the cities. The lack of jobs and all the above-mentioned problems, lead to mass migration of rural population to cities and, especially, abroad. In order to stop these negative processes, it is necessary to make some radical changes for the better and then, if those who are already gone abroad would not come back, will remain, at least, those ones who are ready to leave at the moment. Renaissance and intensification of cooperative movement in rural localities, according to the author’s opinion, can lead to beneficial changes in the quality of rural population life, to resolution of many problems of economic, ecological and cultural specific.
