Rezumat

Organizational culture and values have been the subject of numerous theoretical and applied research. Based on analysis of the value systems of their specific implementation in organizations, as well as the instruments used, it was possible to determine the parameters for the different models have been developed evaluation and comparison of organizational cultures. The study of the specific manifestations of values, norms and instruments for their implementation at the university, have allowed us to identify and formulate the three significant parameters for the materialization of improvements required. These include: orientation to authoritarian climate in relation to a focus on collaboration, trust, and respect for employees; claim against members of the organization in relation to the fact that they are given organization; focus on stability and traditions in relation to the orientation for flexibility and innovation.
