Rezumat

Corporate Social Responsibility represents today a major concern of the majority of the companies. In order to improve their image among stakeholders, companies create and implement a lot of policies and actions related to environment protection, community involvement, human resources development, company values promotion, market place, social dialogue, developing different common projects with local authorities, education and prevention campaigns etc. Apart these actions companies are designing and implementing communication strategies in order to promote and to inform their employees, customers, business partners, general public, and community regarding their social concerns. This paper presents some good practice examples of Corporate Social Responsibility communication strategies, their implementation and their influence and impact on company image, reputation, activity development and success. This paper aims also to present a methodology for designing an efficient Corporate Social Responsibilities communication strategy, its objectives and the effective implementation program.
