Rezumat

The work world changes because the organizations on the work market keep changing. At the same time, the organizations must adapt to a work world in a continuous change. One thing is clear, though- the organizations, both from the private and the public department, must face a tougher world- one where they are judged more drastically from the point of view of efficiency and where there are less safety walls to shelter behind. The age of organization could get to its end in a way, at some point when full time employees will become minority, and even for them, the time spent within the organization will represent less than a half of their adult life. Organizations respond to the obligation of being efficient, exporting non productive activities, as soon as possible, together with people. Instead of keeping a little extra work force, and internal skills, as buffer for emergency situations, but also for their peace, they fire skilled people and bring them back, according to their needs.
