Analyzing the events that happened in the world, and the last two decades in the Republic, noted that due to intensifying financial crisis that has blocked many activities, companies consumption cooperation system suffered as essential. Economically advanced countries experience shows us that all traders should take into account the risk factor, which may disfavor the expected results. Currently, cooperative enterprises is hampered by pressure from other economic and scientific and technical progress, which have better investment opportunities and innovative. In this context, companies’ consumption cooperation system, lacking sustainable and based paradigm, in terms of business management and lack of feasibility studies have reached a state of instability. But financial stability of the system of consumer cooperatives enterprises to strategic development phase can be obtained when registering a steady level.
