One of the main ways of defending of the employees’ labor rights is represented by the Syndicates. Manifesting care towards the employees’ interests, the Syndicates contribute to the real examining under all forms by the employees of their rights and interests protected by law. The Syndicates activity includes the creation of the leaderships for a free realization, without obstacles of the labor rights. In the process of protecting of the employees’ labor rights, the Syndicates activity is oriented towards their non-conflict realization and the prevention of the encroaching. The protection of the labor rights might interfere both at the request of the employer and of the Syndicates in the moment when there are discovered the circumstances that create them difficulties or restrict the realization of these rights. The Syndicates activity has the target to stop the encroaching upon of the employees’ rights, the participation to their restoring, to the retrieving of the damage and the punishment of the guilty persons.
