Rezumat

This study presents a comparative investigation of mixed solution: Neoseptal 1% with fungal suspensions (10% vol.), with Neoseptal 1%, as reference biocide solution, by cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical parameters Ia and Ic from the mixed solutions are greater than Ia and Ic values from the reference biocide solution. On the other hand, the Ia and Ic values from the mixed solutions increased with the number of scans. The fungal suspension has an important influence in increasing of the current from the electrochemical cell, in the following order: Saccharomyces cerevisiae > Aspergillus niger. In the case of Aspergillus niger the Ia was smaller than on another type of fungal suspension tested, because the arrangement in solutions, the size and the composition of Aspergillus niger spores was more favorable to protect the spores of the chemical and the electrical stressing. The results showed that the mixed solutions: Neoseptal 1% with fungal suspensions (10% vol.) are active factors of degradation of the metallics surface and this fact can be taken into consideration for the hygienic and safety food industry.
