The article is based on results of the scientific research project, realized by the Institute of Economy, Finance and Statistics of the Republic of Moldova in 2009. The direction and intensity of the entrepreneurship regulating state procedures’ influence on the business environment of Moldova form the topic of this article. In particular, the following indicators of the state regulation factor have been examined: procedures of registration and liquidation of the enterprise; the necessity of special permits for business’ carrying out; the influence of state inspections and controls on enterprises’ activity; the export activity regulation; unofficial payments (bribery), related with settling regulating problems, etc.
