Social planning – definition of the purposes, ways of their realisation and necessary resources of all kinds in social development of the organisation, branch or territory. At the enterprise complex sociological research of labour collective should precede social planning. Studying of social structure of workers, revealing of its weak links and perfection directions can be its purpose. |
