Innovative approaches of the increase efficiency of higher educational establishment management are examined in this paper . The experience of development and introduction of quality management system is showed the example of Higher Educational Establishment within Ukoopspilka «Poltava University of Economy and Trade». Basic design and introduction of quality management system of higher educational establishment are set. Directions of modernization of educational activity of university are set in area of improving educational technologies, introducing innovative information technologies. Basic achievements of university, which allowed to occupy high competition status in a region and in Ukraine and provide high competitive edge on the markets of educational services and labour. |
