Every university has among its objectives the emplayment of graduates in the job market. Transition from school to active life can be prepared even during the years of study. For this, we think it is necessary to implement and develop the career guidance programs in schools and universities. These programs should help future graduates to improve their working skills and, ultimately, facilitate their emplayment in the job market. |
