This article is about the management risk which is the systematic activity of elaborating and enforcing measures to prevent and diminish risks, evaluating the efficiency of such measures enforcement, as well as controlling the customs procedures and operations, implementation, performing, at the same time, permanent updates, analyses and modifications of the information collected and used by the customs bodies. The implementation of risk analysis and management activities in the customs system started in 2005 and is carried out at the headquarters level in the framework of the analytical subdivision - Risk Management Section, and at the customs houses level - by the Risk Analysis Sections/Sectors.
