Vaso-platelets disturbances in patients with surgical pathology
Haemostasis is a waterfall of physiological phenomena, overlapped in time, that appear
during the haemorrhage stopping by vasomotor, thrombocyte and plasmatic mechanisms. The haemostasis system includes: the primary and secondary haemostasis (coagulation). The primary haemostasis represents a succession of reactions that induce a temporary stopping of bleeding allowing the realization of the conditions needed to forming the final clot. Primary haemostasis includes parietal and thrombosis time. Parietal time- is represented by the phenomena through which the blood vessel lumen decreases thus reducing or temporary stopping the bleeding of the injured vessel. Thrombosis
time - represented by the thrombocyte “the morphological dwarf, the physiological giant” that under normal conditions does not adhere to unimpaired endothelium with the white thrombocyte formation in peripheral vascular bed. Primary haemostasis research, detection of the precocious disturbances and interference in due time, forewarn the decomposition of vaso-thrombosis mechanism and the protection of plasmatic mechanism. |
