Articolul de faţă este dedicat infracţiunilor în domeniul informaticii. Există o necesitate de a studia această problemă. Lucrarea prezintă caracterizarea generală a infracţiunilor în Informatică, decontarea responsabilităţii penale pentru infracţiuni în informatică legate de legislaţia Republicii Moldova şi în alte ţări, şi, de asemenea, analiza penală a infracţiunilor în domeniul de informatică. Acest articol reprezintă o sinteză a problemelor care pot apărea, şi, de asemenea, o analiză a situaţiei în domeniul considerat. Ar trebui menţionat faptul că articolul subliniază principalele aspecte de drept de utilizare a tehnologiilor informaţionale în societate.

The present article is dedicated to offences in the domain of Computer Science. There is a necessity of studying this problem. The general characterization of offences in Computer Science, settlement of criminal responsibilities for offences in Computer Science related to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and other countries, also contains law-criminal analysis of offences in the domain of Computer Sciences. The delimitation of offences in the domain of Computer Science from connected offences has been presented. This article represents a summary of the problems which can appear and also an analysis of the situation in the considered domain. It should be mentioned that the article emphasizes the main law aspects of large usage of information technologies in society.
