These strategies are discussed in relation to previous research and to implications of other different conflict management strategies in organizations. Therefore, it presents the main advantages of using each strategy to handle organizational conflict situations, it also pinpoints the short comings of existing conflict management strategies that could be addressed to improve its performance in the days to come.
