Following investigations into the development of master thesis we could take stock of the scientific research done. Research of profound doctrinal concepts, normative regulations concerning crimes committed in a state of emotion allows us to highlight the following conclusions, which are determined by the goals, tasks and under investigation, the problems addressed, the level and degree of learning. The paper renders a complex characteristic of each subject under research, as they are formulated in the thesis. Thus, we initiated research by presenting key concepts - violence, state of affect, and then we went to the presentation part of every crime committed in the state of affect. Thus, we can say that violent crimes consist of isolated individual acts directed against another person, whose perpetration is born by social conflict can not be resolved in the interest of society in general than by reactionary repressive action against the offender.
