Studiul a fost efectuat în scopul evaluării parametrilor biometrici la subiecţii cu anomalii dentomaxilare şi fară anomalii, în funcţie de ritmul de erupţie dentară. Au fost determinaţi parametrii biometrici, apreciată suma dinţilor erupţi, evaluată mărimea segmentului anterior al arcadei superioare. Conform scopului şi obiectivelor propuse în studio, au fost examinaţi 490 de copii în liceele din mun. Chisinău. Analiza valorilor parametrilor biometrici la copiii cu erupţie dentară accelerată a demonstrat defect de spaţiu la subiecţii cu anomalii denomaxilare în raport cu cei fără anomalii, ceea ce relevă o disproporţie semnifi cativă a arcadei dentomaxilare la subiectii cu malformaţii. La copiii cu anomalii a fost determinată o creştere a imensiunilor mezodistale ale incisivilor, fapt ce denotă o dezarmonie între dimensiunile corono-dentare şi perimetrul arcadelor alveolare.

The study was done with the scope of evaluating biometric parameters in subjects with and without dento maxillary anomalies depending on the rhythm of dental eruption. For this study, biometric parameters such as the sum of mesio-distal dimensions of the erupted incisors and the size of the anterior segment of the upper maxilla were determined. According to the scope and objectives of the study, a total of 490 children from Chisinau city were examined. Analysis of the biometric parameters in subjects with accelerated dental eruption demonstrated space defects in subjects with anomaly as compared to those without anomaly, which shows a significant disproportion of the dento-maxillary arch in subjects with malformation. In the subjects with anomalies, an increase in mesio-distal dimension of the incisors was demonstrated which shows a disharmony between dimensions of the dental crowns and the perimeter of the alveolar arches.

Цель настоящего исследования – определение биометрических параметров у детей с аномалиями и без аномалий челюстно-лицевой области, в зависимости от скорости прорезывания зубов. Были определены биометрические параметры, мезио-дистальные величины резцов верхней и нижней челюсти, количество прорезанных зубов, а также величина переднего сегмента верхней зубной дуги. Обследовано 490 детей мун. Кишинэу. Анализ биометрических показателей, а также показателей мезио-дистальных величин зубов показал существенные различия, kоторые свидетельсвуют о недостатке места в зубо-альвеолярной дуги у детей с челюстно-лицевыми аномалиями по сравнению с детьми без аномалий. Это свидетельствует о существовании большой диспропорции между величинами зубо-альвеолярных дуг у лиц с аномалиями по сравнению с лицами без аномалий. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о большой дисгормонии между ростом, развитием и ритмом прорезывания зубов. Дисгармония между этими процессами является главной в развитии челюстно-лицевых аномалий.
