Rezumat | ||||||
The state represents the organization of the sovereign power of the people on a certain territory. Based on that, the territory, thus the geographic space on which the sovereignty of the state applies, represents one of the constituents of the state. Therefore, the territory, as a constituent
can be found in the constitution of most of the countries in the world. Analyzing the fundamental laws of the states, four constitutional regulation areas of territorial institution can be highlighted: legal nature of the territory, constitutive elements of the territory, state borders, and the insurance of the territorial integrity. |
