Статья посвящена билингвальному воспитанию/образованию, которое внедряется в разных странах мира и актуально для Республики Молдова как один из вариантов решения вопроса о языковой социализации алолингвов. В статье обобщается зарубежный теоретический и практический опыт, а также анализируются имеющиеся условия и возможности внедрения билингвальных технологий в нашей республике, начиная с дошкольных учебно-воспитательных заведений. Приоритетное внимание уделяется программе подготовки соответствующих кадров, которая разрабатывается авторами в рамках реализации европейского проекта VIA LIGHT

The article is dedicated to the bilingual education/upbringing which is being implemented in different countries of the world. It is of current importance for Moldova as a solution to the hot issue of the language socialization of foreign students. The article makes a generalization of the foreign theoretical and practical experience in this field. It also analyses the possibilities and conditions for the implementation of bilingual technologies in the republic starting right from the preschool educational institutions. The priority has been stressed on the programme for training of proper personnel which is under construction within the framework of the European VIA LIGHT project.
