Sunt generalizate rezultatele infl uenţei diferitor surse de carbon (glucozei, zaharozei, fructozei, manozei, melasei), a sulfatului, acetatului şi 4 compuşi coordinativi ai zincului
asupra biosintezei carbohidraţilor la drojdiile Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Se propune un mediu nutritiv nou, care sporeşte cu 44,3% conţinutul de carbohidraţi în biomasa drojdiilor. |
