This article aims at describing imaginary fluctuations from traditional-classical models, in that imaginary is defined by two antithetical structures: nocturnal and diurnal regime (G. Durand), archetype is seen in this case as a combination of the two poles, anima and animus (C. Jung); to the diversity of the current structure, marked by three models (J. Burgos, C. Braga), or eight archetypal complexes (L. Boia). Fluctuations of imaginary in relation to the myth start from a constant narrative model and the conception of writer deviates according to social, political and cultural development.
