Rezumat

Until the 16th century it was not possible to form a writing tradition of Romanian Cyrillic graphics, as this writing was sporadic, informal, and it was used only in uncultured texts, dependent, at least in terms of graphics, on the Slavonic writing, the official language of feudal rule. Slavonic writing had remained in the Romanian principalities Moldavia and Wallachia for nearly three centuries. The modern terminology of the Romanian punctuation was established somewhat later than the European one, gradually improving punctuation and terminology system that occurred earlier in Europe and still continues to be improved as, in fact, and the current rules of punctuation of the Romanian language.
