The scientific study of the “party” phenomenon requires “ipso facto” a lo-gical semantic approach. In this respect, the cognitive valences of the word “party” are highlighted and developed in the present article. In this way the word “party” represents more than a lexical unit and of course its quality stands for the starting point. The inarticulate as well as the articulate form get a gnoseological significance, than is “party” and “the party”. For instance the inarticulate form (“party”) denotes a lower degree of un-derstanding, while the articulate form (“the party”) its maximum degree. Within the logical frame work the word “party” is the definition’s peculiar-rity but “the party” is the formal peculiarity of the concept being defined. The word party also has a denominative quality “sui generis” with which we give a name to a certain object. The proper denomination is being attribuated to the object “party” due to its structural and functional qualities. Exploring the significances and turning to the best account of the word “party” is the complex approach’s guarantee of the “party” phenomenon.
