Articolul este consacrat rezultatelor obţinute la proiectul „Perspectiva psihosocială de asigurare a calităţii educaţiei în Republica Moldova”, de către cercetătorii din sectoarele „Psihologie şcolară” şi „Psihopedagogie corecţională” ale Institutului de Ştiinţe ale Educaţiei. Autorii au studiat polul subiectiv al calităţii educaţiei, care se referă la atractivitatea serviciilor educaţionale pentru client, părinţi şi copii în cazul dat, atractivitate determinată de capacitatea produsului de a satisface nevoile de învăţare a clientului sau beneficiarului. Polul subiectiv al calităţii educaţiei este exprimat de satisfacţia clientului faţă de serviciile educaţionale propuse de stat sau de instituţiile private – furnizoare de servicii educaţionale. Au fost elucidate rezultatele vizavi de atitudinea elevilor şi a profesorilor faţă de studii ca valoare, particularităţile motivaţiei învăţării elevilor contemporani, manifestările afective ale elevilor în situaţiile de evaluare şi la alte faze ale procesului educaţional, particularităţile de vârstă ale comportamentului prosocial, premizele psihosociale ale incluziunii şcolare ca indicator semnificativ al calităţii educaţiei. |

The authors studied the subjective pole of the quality of education, which refers to the attractiveness of educational services for the client, parents and children in this case, given the attractiveness of the product capacity to meet the learning needs of the customer or beneficiary. Subjective pole of quality of education is expressed by customer’s satisfaction with the educational services offered by public or private institutions, that providing educational services. Authors describes the results about the attitude of students and teachers to study value, features contemporary students learning motivation, students' emotional expressions in situations of evaluation and in the other phases of education, age particularities of prosocial behavior, psychosocial premises of the educational inclusion – significant indicator of quality of
