<dc:description xml:lang='en'>The social policy of a democratic state responsible for the protection and welfare given to all disadvantaged categories of the population should target the support of elderly persons in terms of the opportunity offered to participate
in social life and to maintain a certain standard of safety and comfort. The social pyramid demonstrates a significant proportion of the population in age of the total, which would also involve various decisions at the social policy level on: concrete ways to identify and meet the needs of this social category; measures to finance projects which aim to obtain low interest loans for building residential units as elderly care system or to improve the structure of the organization for those that exist already.</dc:description>
