The academician and reputed literary critic Mihai Cimpoi is the one who drew the main aspects of the relationship between the poet from Lancram with Bessarabia, he is the one who much fostered exegetical interest for Blaga’s creation in the area. Thanks to his power of animation, Chisinau has become a real cultural center named Lucian Blaga. We can assert with certainty that the closeness between Bessarabian and Romanian literary phenomena was mostly done due to Mihai Cimpoi’s considerable exegetical activity. Eminescu, and later Blaga, were Romanian great poets via whom the famous critic managed an organic connection between Bessarabian and in Romanian literature.
