The role of a professional Human Resource (HR) Unit is to provide assistance of the organization in its development, in solving disputes and arguments, to indicate the existing problems and contribute to their liquidation. HR Unit is a strategic partner of the organization leadership. Through the elaboration of strategies it can contribute to changing the organization in a way to adapt it to the working environment. It is the time for HR Unit to become more than a staff database, getting the role of facilitating the development of the organization. |
