SAFEGUARDING THE INTANGIBLE
CULTURAL HERITAGE
The article reveals the main goals that concern
the scientifi c community after the ratifi cation of the
Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible
Cultural Heritage (Paris, 2003) by the Republic of
Moldova. On the basis of the Project of the Law of
the Republic of Moldova regarding the safeguarding
of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, elaborated at
the beginning of 2010, are presented the fi eld and the
specifi c of the Intangible Cultural Heritage.
The researchers from this fi eld are invited to
cooperate inside two projects of high importance for
the Republic of Moldova: 1. the elaboration of an
Inventory of the Intangible Cultural Heritage present
in the territory; 2. preparing the fi le containing the
nomination of the elements that are to be proposed
by the Republic of Moldova to be included in
the Representative List or in the List of Urgent
Safeguarding. |
