The geopolitical approach of the minorities requires a study from two perspectives. The first is how the minority holding State that must assess and avoid the internal risks generated by them for the maintaining the stability and integrity of the sovereign territory, and the second is how a state’s geopolitical designs or realize their interests in another through which it holds minority latter. The minorities can be handled and processed in a geopolitically destabilizing important if their share in the total population is high, and the legal framework is inadequate. Therefore this study highlights the important issues that need state to be in sight to avoid potential risks.
