In this article are analyzed the theoretical and methodological benchmarks of investigation of the programmatic activities of foreign policy of the political parties of the Republic of Moldova. The definition of foreign policy, programmatic activities, electoral programs and platforms, demonstrate the importance and the impact of the political parties in national and international area by their participation in European and international structures of political parties. The direction of the vector of foreign policy became relevant for the process of development for Republic of Moldova.
