An increasing informational pressure is being registered in the research domain as well, focusing, in particular, on issues of management and decision making. To not turn ourselves to a body concerned primarily with the production and analysis of information
about himself, it is necessary to adopt modern information technologies for the research activity management. The present article gives some principles, which should underlie such an information system. Also, a general description of the Information
Analytical System (IAS) for research institutions in Moldova, developed to be use both by researchers and managers at any level, representing a complex software tool, is given. The IAS is being elaborated at the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science
of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova in the framework of the bilateral cooperation with Romania project MIACSAM, the Romanian partner being the Institute of Computer Science from Iaşi of the
Romanian Academy. |
