Rezumat

This article refl ects the current an approach of theoretical and applied aspects with reference to the fi nancing of the health care system. Vital for the health care system is searching additional funding sources. Within the limits of existing mandatory insurance health system is necessary to ensure transparency of fi nancial resources management. In this context there is needed a legislative act that would regulate the use of resources from fund mentioned above, offering great opportunities for abusive management of these amounts. The authors propose the creation and practical implementation of a law that would regulate the creation and use of Mandatory Insurance Health Funds as well as of Regulations on the formation of revenues and the execution of expenditure of the Insurance Health Fund for each fund separately, which would ensure a greater transparency in the management of fi nancial resources.
