The morphological modifications assessment of the results of kidneys puncture biopsy had been performed in 16 children suffering from hydronephrosis that gave the opportunity to determine the degree of compensatory processes in kidney parenchyma and to discover the presence of interstitial nephropathy. It was established that the persistent inflammatory process leads to irreversible structural and functional disturbances. |
