The functional state of the thyroid in alloxan diabetes and the application of Arctium IV extracts. In diabetes, often appear changes in the functions of the thyroid, which participates in regulating the metabolism of carbohydrates and presents some correlative links with the adrenal gland and the pituitary gland. The results obtained in our research permit us to state that extracts from Arctium IV (a complex of medicinal plants) have an essential effect on the functional state of the thyroid, which is expressed in a tendency to normalize the hormonal state of the thyroid. |
