Rezumat | ||||||
The results of the various nutritive sources and γ irradiations on action on the biosynthesis of the β-carotene by the yields Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-02 are presented in the article. New strains of the yields with improved capacity of biosynthesis of β-carotene were selected after irradiation. The cultivating medium which improves the quantity of the carotenoids and β-carotene was selected. |
