A fost studiată infl uenţa unor compuşi coordinativi ai molibdenului şi vanadiului asupra
biosintezei complexului celulazic (endoglucanaze, celobiohidrolaze, β-glucozidaze)
la tulpina de fungi Penicillium expansum CNMN FD 05 C. S-a stabilit că compuşii
molibdenulului, care conţin în componenţa sa aminoacizi, nu infl uenţează activitatea
endoglucanazelor, inhibă considerabil celobiohidrolazele (80-90%) şi stimulează
activitatea β-glucozidazelor. În calitate de efi cient stimulator ai biosintezei
β-glucozidazelor poate fi raportat complexul MoO2 (ac.ac.)Gly, care a sporit activitatea
enzimelor cu 47.8-67.0%. Acest complex poate fi utilizat pentru obţinerea preparatelor
enzimatice cu conţinut sporit de β-glucozidaze. Metalocomplexul (NH4)2VO3Gly
stimulează activitatea a toate trei componente a complexului celulozolitic sintetizat
de micromiceta Penicillium expansum CNMN FD 05 C, asigurând creşterea activităţii
endoglucanazelor cu 45%, celobiohidrolazelor cu 32% şi β-glucozidazelor cu 40%. |

Установлено, что комплексные соединения молибдена, содержащие в своем составе аминокислоты, оказывают нейтральное воздействие на активность эндоглюканаз, ингибируют целлобиогидролазы (до 80-90%) и стимулируют активность β-глюкозидаз. К числу наиболее эффективных стимуляторов синтеза β-глюкозидаз можно отнести комплекс MoO2(ac.ac.)Gly, повышающий их активность на 47,8- 67,0%, что свидетельствует о возможности его использования для получения ферментного препарата с повышенным содержанием β-глюкозидаз. Металлокомплекс (NH4)2VO3Gly стимулирует активность всех ферментов целлюлазного комплекса микромицета Penicillium expansum CNMN FD 05C, обеспечивая повышение активности эндоглюконаз на 45%, целлобиогидролаз на 32 % и β-глюкозидаз на 40 %.</cfAbstr> <cfAbstr cfLangCode='EN' cfTrans='o'>The effect of coordinative compounds of molybdenum and vanadium on the biosynthesis of cellulosolytic enzymatic complex (endoglucanases, celobiohydrolases, β-glucosidases) of the fungal strain Penicillium expansum CNMN FD 05C was investigated. It was established that complexes of molybdenum, which contain amino acids in its composition, have a neutral effect on the activity of endoglucanases, inhibit celobiohydrolases (80-90%) and stimulate the activity of β-glucosidases. Among the most effective stimulators of β-glucosidases synthesis, the complex MoO2 (ac.ac.)Gly may be mentioned, that increases the enzymatic activity by 47.8- 67.0%. This complex can be used to obtain an enzymatic preparation with a high content of β-glucosidases.
