The aim of the research was to study
the health status of women of reproductive
age engaged in dangerous
and hazardous occupations. Materials
and methods used: 204 workers
with 20 years and more of experience
from a sewing factory in Bakihanova.
The 1st group comprised 88 ironing
specialists, 2nd - 88 sewers and
cloth laying up/cutting specialists,
3rd - 28 workers (economists and
HR specialists). Laboratory studies
included a detailed analysis of
peripheral blood in which estimated
the level of hemoglobin, erythrocyte,
reticulocyte, number of leukocytes
and other results of the study. The
number of persons with leukocytes
in the 2nd group was of 6,9; in the
3rd group - 3,9, while leucopenia was
discovered in all groups.
Lymphocytes - 34,9 in the 1st and 2nd
groups. Segmented neutrophyles were
within normal limits - 60,5. Shared
neutrophyles - 9,4 in the fi rst group,
11,3, in the 2nd group, and 4,4 in the
third group. A change in the Kalfa-
Kalifa index was discovered, that
reached its maximum value in people
with 10-19 years of work experience
(44,1). Red blood in the fi rst group
- 12,4; 2nd group - 4,6; third group
- 4,26, while the average fi gures for
all 3 groups is 4,15. Hemoglobin
indicator in the 3rd group - 80,7; in
the second group - 96,2. Given the
above said we came to the fi ndings
that decreasing the duration of work
in this factory has impact on the peripheral
blood. |
