Social dialogue is a form of communication, information and collective bargaining between employees or their representatives, on the one hand, and employers or their representatives, on the other hand, with the participation of the State as a mediator and arbitrator to settle problems concerning collective labour relations and their issues in order to harmonise the employers‚ interests with those of employees, starting at the level of units up to national level. |
